Program Description

Shield Insurance Group sends non-promotional SMS messages regarding policy updates, renewal reminders, claims status notifications, and coverage review follow-ups. We also offer optional promotional messages about coverage tips, new product announcements, risk management insights, and exclusive policyholder offers for users who separately consent.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Shield Insurance Group by visiting our contact page and completing the following steps:

  1. Enter your mobile phone number in the phone field.
  2. Select the consent checkbox for the type of messages you wish to receive (non-marketing and/or promotional). Each checkbox clearly describes the category of messages.
